About Me

Blair is a Minneapolis-based performer and costume designer with a BA from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville. Her performance credits include roles such as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd, Edward/Betty in Cloud 9*, Nora in A Doll’s House Part 2, John Dickinson in 1776, and Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show, which she also choreographed.

Regionally, Blair has performed with the Platteville Summer Arts Festival as Molly Aster in Peter and the Starcatcher and Lucy Grant in Bright Star, and with Fearless Comedy Productions as Astrid in PC, Suzie in No Small Parts, and Lady Macbeth in Macbeth: The Musical.

In costume design, Blair has worked with Hope Summer Repertory Theatre, constructing Murder for Two, West Side Story, The Old Man and the Old Moon, Truth: The Testimonial of Sojourner Truth, Elephant and Piggie: We’re in a Play!, and Shakespeare in Love. She designed and constructed Bright Star for the Platteville Summer Arts Festival, and has also designed Antigone and Much Ado About Nothing for Eden Prairie High School. Her student design credits include Cloud 9*, Fool for Love, and the one act play Finding a Chord.
